Section 1 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Section 2 Account Registration
Once you successfully register with 7acb, a personal gaming account is created for you. You are fully responsible for the security of this account.

- Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

- Attempting to access another person's account is strictly prohibited.

For withdrawals or bonus claims, 7acb may verify your identity. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, or bank statement. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must place bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit). For example:

- Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — once expired, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
- Claiming a bonus more than once from the same account, device, or IP address is prohibited.
- If a bonus has been used, withdrawals from that account are not permitted until the wagering requirements have been met.

- Exploiting technical errors on the platform and retaining funds obtained as a result.
5.2 Fair Play Guarantee

If a game result is incorrect due to a technical error, 7acb reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.

You can close your account at any time through support. All pending withdrawals will be processed before closure.

7acb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following cases:
- Serious violation of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false information or identity fraud.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, if fraud is proven during an investigation, the balance may be forfeited.
